We ship most items through package courier service throughout Ontario and Canada. Larger items (ie. counters, showcases...) are delivered locally by our own team. Longer distance, larger item delivery will need to be quoted.
Courier Delivery - Will be quoted
- Courier charges quoted on a per order basis.
- Normaly we use DHL which is reasonable and reliable.
- You can send your own couier in, and we will package your order accordingly.
Larger item Delivery within Southwestern Ontario - 6% of Retail Price** ($25.00 Minimum)**
- Upgraded delivery service with stair carry included.
- Covers moving the product upstairs or downstairs.
- Doorways must accommodate packaged product.*

Other items...
Moving Clearance:
Unless arrangements have been made with salesperson and noted on the invoice, the customer is responsible for ensuring that there are adequate clearances for the furniture to be taken to its delivery area in its factory assembled state and in its shipping carton.
Ready-to-Assemble Items:
The construction of ready-to-assemble furniture is not covered in the price of any delivery. Assembly charges must be listed separately on the invoice.
Extra Work:
If extra work is required for any reason, the charge is $50 per hour per man on site. This charge is due immediately.
